DESCRIPTION:Race day at Daniels Ridge MX on Saturday\, August 1: gates at 3 PM\, sign-up at 3:30\, practice at 5 with racing to follow. This one doubles as picture day for the spring-summer series: all series riders gather in front of the sign-up trailer at 4:45\, 15 minutes before practice\, for the group photo that goes on the series-end award plaques. Series riders choose a plaque or a trophy as their end-of-series award\, so tell the sign-up ladies which one your rider wants. Banquet forms are also available at sign-up: every series rider needs to return one with payment by September 23. Banquet attendance and meal tickets are $20 per person\, and the banquet runs Friday\, October 2 at 7 PM at the J. E. Broyhill Civic Center in Lenoir.
