The crew is timing laps all day Saturday\, and the rider with the fastest lap of the day wins a free practice. The track has had a few small changes this week with bigger ones coming soon.

This week's practices are Wednesday and Thursday 3 to 7 and Saturday 10 to 3. Check the Grain Valley MX Facebook page for weather calls. The track is on the east side of the Kansas City metro.
