DESCRIPTION:Round 2 of the 2026 AMA Texas State Championship Series (South region) runs August 29-30 at Irondog MX in New Ulm\, Texas. The Texas State Championship reaches its 16th year in 2026 and its first as an AMA Featured Series\, awarding points on a per moto basis toward the Texas #1 plate. Saturday practice runs 8 AM to noon\, then racing fills the weekend across classes from 50cc micro up to 450cc Pro\, plus 65cc\, 85cc\, Supermini\, Schoolboy\, Women's\, College and the full Vet 25+ through 50+ lineup. Irondog MX hosts the South region's second round in New Ulm. Points stay within the South region\, so riders chase the title round by round.
