DESCRIPTION:Freshly groomed and watered main track. Dry Lake Motocross Park in Gypsum\, Colorado runs a full prep on Sunday\, September 27\, 2026\, the last full-prep weekend of the 2026 season: the volunteer crew is prepping both Saturday and Sunday this time\, dozer\, loader\, skid steer\, tractor and water truck rebuilding lips and landings\, grooming corners and straights and watering\, much of it after dark the night before. The park opens at 9 AM on weekends to give the crew prep time and rides until sunset\, and the season closes Wednesday\, September 30.

Riding takes a current RMSR registration ($25 for the year)\, a $30 day pass bought online on the day you ride\, and a valid Colorado OHV tag on the bike. Riders 10 and under are free with a parent's pass. Two-wheel motorcycles only\, no quads or side-by-sides\, and no camping or overnight use. The park is 4.5 miles north of I-70 exit 140 at 3730 Trail Gulch Rd\, up a dirt access road that gets slick when wet.
