DESCRIPTION:The 16th Annual AMA Texas State Championship Series opens its South region at 3 Palms Action Sports Park in Conroe\, August 15 and 16\, with factory contingency from GasGas\, KTM\, Honda\, and Husqvarna on the road to the Texas State #1 plate. Friday\, August 14 runs camper check-in from 10 AM to 10 PM with general practice 10 to 5 before the GP track closes at 3 for race prep. Saturday opens the gates at 6 AM with registration at 9 and AMA-sanctioned practice on the GP track from 8 to noon (show your AMA card at the sign-in building for your practice dot)\, the riders meeting at the score tower at 12\, and racing on the GP track from 1 PM through the Saturday card (micro and 50cc divisions\, 65cc and 85cc opens and beginners\, Girls 11-16\, 122cc+ Beginner\, and Vet Women 25+).
